Making of Subbase
make subbase of minimum
6 inches of WMM or GSB.
Insuring the
subbase
has enough slope to drain rainwater. Compact the Subbase using heavy vibrating drum roller.
Making of Bed
Make 40 to 50 mm layer of Grit or 6mm aggregate, and level it by using Batten Patti.
Fixing of Block
Place one block next to another & fix it using wooden hammer. The tops of all the blocks should be at same level to avoid undulations.
Locking
close the outer boundries of paver block with concrete
Closing key gap
Spread crushed sand over the paver Block ; fill every gap between the paver blocks using broom.
Final Compaction
Make compaction by using manual flat vibrator
